09. Transactions Management in SafeBoda for Business

SafeBoda for Business provides robust transaction management features that allow you to oversee transactions in two main categories: your main wallet transactions and your staff transactions. Here's how you can review and manage these transactions:

Reviewing All Transactions:

  1. Access your dashboard on SafeBoda for Business.
  2. Locate the "All Transactions" tab and click on it.
  3. A comprehensive list of transactions within your company will be displayed.
  4. You can print or filter the transactions based on various criteria such as date, staff member name or number.
  5. Additionally, you have the option to download a PDF version of all the transactions for your records.
  6. Viewing Transactions for a Single Staff Member:

Method 1:

  1. Follow the steps outlined above to access the "All Transactions" tab from your dashboard.
  2. Utilize the available filters and select the specific employee's name to view their transactions exclusively.

Method 2:

  1. Go to the "People" tab on your dashboard.
  2. Locate the profile of the staff member whose transactions you want to view.
  3. Click on the "Transactions" tab within their profile.
  4. Similar to the previous method, you can print or filter the transactions based on date, staff member name or number, and download a PDF version if needed.

By utilizing these transaction management tools, you can gain visibility into both your main wallet transactions and your staff members' individual transactions. This level of oversight enables you to effectively monitor and analyze expenses associated with employee trips.
