12. Deactivating or Suspending Staff Members

In SafeBoda for Business, you have the option to deactivate or suspend staff members as needed. This feature allows you to temporarily halt their access to the business wallet or reactivate them when necessary. Follow these steps to activate or suspend a staff member:

  1. Go to the "People" tab on your dashboard.
  2. Locate the staff member you wish to manage and click on their card.
  3. By clicking on the staff member's name, you will access their detailed profile.
  4. Next to the staff member's name and picture, you will find a dropdown menu that provides various options.
  5. In the dropdown menu, select either "Suspend" or "Activate" based on the action you want to take.
  6. Once you have chosen the desired action, confirm your selection to finalize the deactivation or suspension.

By following these steps, you can easily deactivate or suspend staff members within the SafeBoda for Business system. This feature provides flexibility in managing staff access and ensures that only authorized individuals can utilize the business wallet.
